Crab and Shrimp Stuffed Salmon is a seafood lover’s dream come true! This elegant dish combines tender salmon fillets with a rich, flavorful stuffing of fresh crab and shrimp, making it perfect for a special Lunch or when you want to impress guests. It’s surprisingly easy to prepare and packed with luxurious taste in every bite.
To create this mouthwatering meal, you’ll need:
Ingredients :
4 large salmon fillets
8 oz lump crab meat
8 medium raw shrimp, peeled and chopped
3 tsp light oil (for rubbing salmon)
3 tbsp butter
6 tbsp mayonnaise
3 tbsp cream cheese
8 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 medium egg
¾ tsp Old Bay seasoning
1½ tsp onion powder
1½ tsp dried parsley
3 tsp fresh dill (or 1½ tsp dried)
¾ tsp salt (for seasoning salmon)

Instructions :
Cook the shrimp:
Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped shrimp and sauté just until lightly cooked (about 90 seconds). Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
Make the filling:
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, Old Bay seasoning, onion powder, parsley, and dill. Gently fold in the crab meat and the cooled shrimp, combining everything carefully.

Prepare the salmon:
Pat the salmon dry with paper towels. Using a sharp knife, carefully cut a pocket in the center of each fillet, being careful not to cut all the way through. Rub the salmon with oil and sprinkle salt over each piece.
Stuff the salmon:
Spoon the crab and shrimp filling into each pocket, pressing gently to fill well.
Bake:
Place the stuffed salmon fillets on a lined or greased baking tray. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 18–22 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
